Wildflower September Wedding

Dilyn & Jonathan - They were married in the wilds of the Big Horn Mountains and skipped a bridal party to spend some time with their horses before the wedding. Their family and friends gathered around them - sans seating - for an intimate, riverside ceremony.

Dilyn wore the stunning a-line Lotus dress from Vow’d, while Jonathon donned the perfect pale blue suit with a tan hat. So very classy and perfect for their scorching hot September wedding.

Dilyn requested a wildflower-inspired bouquet full of texture and all the color I could muster. I sourced zinnias, snapdragons, and verbena, among a few other treasures, from local farms and filled in with other fine-textured items from my wholesaler. They had a series of sweet hob-nail vases filled with wildflower bouquets for their casual tent reception near Hyattsville, WY. Wyoming wedding photographer ANAFINN Photography captured all the glorious details.

Who holds your bouquet when there isn’t a bridal party? The groom of course! I’m always a sucker for men with gorgeous bouquets in hand.

A September Wedding in Sage & Rust

Our color palette included warm jewel tones of burgundy, burnt orange, rusty peach, sage, and ivory, with each of her ladies wearing a different, vibrant color to fit their personality and style.

They hosted dinner at long tables with a collection of items in copper and amber with custom-painted table cards and wild, natural flowers.

We split the table centerpiece design with half of their tables featuring a long wooden box filled with rust roses, warm dahlias, and eucalyptus paired with a few amber glass bud vases. The remaining tables were a collection of bud vases and a loose greenery garland on top of a light table runner.

Additional items included mercury glass votives with LED candles, cut glass goblets, and copper stands for their custom watercolor table names.

June Wedding with Plum and Champagne

These two lovebirds planned a June wedding full of joy and personal details. Despite suffering a tragic loss the week of the wedding, they used their day to celebrate life and those they loved.

Alison wore a stunning Lillian West dress from Jason Alexander with a plunging v-neck illusion bodice, and her groom wore a classic black tux.

We used white peonies, roses, delicate pampas pieces, and plum ranunculus to bring her flower vision to life for their bouquets and mountain-themed ceremony backdrop.

They were married at First Baptist Church of Sheridan and hosted their reception at a private family property under a sprawling white tent with a view of the Big Horn Mountains.
