How far in advance should we order our wedding flowers?
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected and booked the location for your ceremony and reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 4 to 12 months before their big day.
What is your service area? Do you have a delivery fee for flowers?
We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within a 50-mile radius of Sheridan, WY with a $2,500 order minimum for floral delivery. Since many weddings require a professional setup, we may charge a separate fee for event installation. Smaller wedding order? You’re welcome to pick up at our studio on the day of your event for no additional charge. Flowers are packed and ready to travel! Are you planning an event outside of the Sheridan/Big Horn Mountain area? Whirly Girl is willing to travel for an additional fee.
Do you have a minimum spend for weddings?
Our design services and packages are tailored to you; our floral packages start at $975.00 for pick-up events in & near Sheridan, WY.
Can I see a mockup of the proposed flowers?
While most couples choose not to have a mockup, they are available. After the contract is signed, we provide one mockup, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to consider seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due. Mockups start at $500.
